Check-in & Check-out

Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated subject to availability — just let us know in advance and we'll do our best.

Extra Beds & Cots

Extra beds are available on request and subject to availability.

• Children up to 13 years: ₹500 per person per night
• 14 years and above: ₹800 per person per night

Please note that cots are not available at the property.

Pet Policy

We are a pet-friendly homestay near Solan. Pets are allowed on prior request. Additional charges may apply depending on the size and duration of stay.

Please inform us at the time of booking so we can make the necessary arrangements for your furry companion.

Payment Policy

We accept payments via:

• Cash
• UPI

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. Reservations will not be confirmed without the advance payment.

Cancellation Policy

• Guests can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
• If cancelled within 14 days before check-in, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
• No cancellation fee will be charged if the booking is cancelled within 1 hour of making the reservation.
• The advance payment is non-refundable for cancellations made 1 to 14 days before check-in.

ID Requirements

A valid government-issued ID with address proof is required at check-in. Accepted IDs include:

• Aadhaar Card
• Driving Licence
• Passport
• Any other government-issued photo ID with address proof

Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. A ₹500 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking inside the room.

Smoking is permitted outdoors in designated areas only — please ask our staff if you're unsure where.

Alcohol Policy

Consumption of alcohol is not permitted in the café / restaurant area.
